  • Complete the application form
  • Photocopy of passport and a copy of Family Book (all pages), and attach the original for verification
  • (For non-residential grants) Attach the certificate of employment, giving the Length of service and the amount of annual income
  • Two (2) personal photo
  • In the case of availability of building grant, Attach the original copy of the valid building grant .
