Responsibilities and Tasks

• Registration for lands granted for any purpose (residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural).
• Utilization of the latest technologies in the field of  recording and documentation
• Open a spate file for each land owner which includes all documents and identifications and use the latest technologies in saving, storing, archiving and restoring.
• Receiving the new applications for residential lands and refer them to the lands committee.
• Follow-up the procedures of granting lands to applicants that deserve.
• Undertake the administrations tasks for all residential plans starting from receiving applications, sorting applications, issuing lists of accepted applicants and follow up all registration procedures.
• Issuing the “To whom it may concern” certificates and address them to the designated authorities.
•   Renew and update the lands’ maps (residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural).
• Present the new and updated maps to the designated departments.
