Administration Affairs Department

It is under supervision of the Administration and Finance Department and it is divided into several divisions


 • Human Resources Division and it carry out the following tasks:
1. Handling all forms of vacation, holidays and leaves.
2. All forms of chastisement and punishment procedures.
3. Attendance and check in – check out monitoring.
4. Outlay and print out the employees’ personal procedures.

• Recruiting and Training Division, and it carry out the following tasks:
1. Follow up and monitor the administration procedures in the Finance Auditing Department.
2. All matters related to recruitment (employing, transferring, termination of services, dismissal, promotion, endorsement ....ext.
3. Complete supervision and monitoring on new candidates examinations and evaluation.
4. All the tasks related to Quality Assurance and Training Division which include all training sessions and preparation programs, symposium, conferences and seminars both on domestic and international levels.
5. In and out of the department training sessions.
6. Documenting and issuing “to whom it may concern” certificates and experience certificates.

 Internal Auditing and Contracts Division:
1. All external contracts procedures.
2. Perform the duty of administration’s monitoring and observation on all administrative procedures and paperwork and carry out auditing process on them.
3. Follow up all the work of Civil Service Committee in coordination with the Division of Legal Affairs.
4. Prepare and issue the budget and (promotions, settlements, compensations, incentives .... ext.

• Follow-up and Archive Division:
1. Prepare and issue all internal and external memorandums.
2. Edit and publish all administrative decrees and announcements.

• Services Division:
1. Supervising and managing the Transportation and Shipping Division.
2. Follow-up and coordinate all matters related to facilities and building like maintenance or development.
3. Complete supervision on janitors, attendants, department’s archive, and telephone operator.
4. Communication Division.
5. Supervision on security and guards within the department.

• Reservations, Event Organizing and Coordination Division:
1. Full responsibility and authority on Airlines reservations and coordination with airlines and travel agencies.
2. Perform the events organizing for any delegations or legations visiting the department.
3. Responsible for all communication and contacts with foreign embassies and council to coordinate any training in coordination with Training Division.

• Services
1. Accomplishing all employees’ and staff’s vacation, holidays and leaves in addition to other tasks such as payments lists.... ext.
2. Provide and execute and finish all employees’ procedures with Nationality Department and Residence Department.... ext.
3. Passport services and residence services for all staff and employees.
4. Provide domestic and international training sessions for staff as needed.
